1 · A quick chat
Tell me what you need, over a call or email, whatever's easier. I'll tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and how long it takes, as one clear fixed price. No pitch, no pressure, and if I'm honestly not the right fit I'll say so and point you somewhere better. Once it's agreed, I book you in and get started.
2 · I design and build
I start in Figma so you can see and sign off on the look before a single thing gets built, no nasty surprises later. Then I build it properly in Webflow with clean Client-First structure, usually over 1 to 3 weeks. You get progress updates on Loom as it comes together, so you're never left wondering where things are.
3 · You review, I refine
At clear points during design and build, you review and I refine. Revisions that sharpen the direction you signed off on are included, that's just part of doing it right. If a bigger change or a brand-new idea comes up, I flag it first and quote it separately, so nothing ever turns into a surprise invoice.
4 · Launch, and it's yours
When you're happy, it goes live. I walk you through running it on a Loom so you're confident editing your own content, and you get 30 days of post-launch support to settle in. You own the finished Webflow project and the design files outright, with no lock-in.

The single biggest thing that speeds a project up is content. To move fast, it helps to have a few things ready:
- The goal for your site, what you want it to actually do
- Your brand assets: logo, colours, fonts, if you have them
- Your content and images, or a rough draft of them
- A couple of sites you like the feel of
Don't have it all sorted? That's completely fine, I'll guide you through what's needed and help fill the gaps.
A one-page site is usually about a week. A full multi-page site with a CMS is typically two to three. The build itself is rarely the hold-up, it's how quickly content and feedback come back.
A project with everything ready flies. One where the copy's still being written halfway through takes longer. I'll always give you a realistic date up front, and if you're racing a launch or a deadline, tell me and I'll be straight about what's doable.
Revisions that refine the direction you signed off on are included, so you're never nickel-and-dimed for getting it right. What's separate is scope creep: a whole new page, a redesign of something already signed off, a feature that wasn't in the original plan.
I flag those before doing them and quote them clearly, so you're always in control of the number. No surprises, ever.
