Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing content and assets unless otherwise agreed
• Reviewing work and providing feedback in a timely manner

Buildt is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or late feedback.

Intellectual property

Once full payment is received, the final website design and build are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Buildt may display completed projects in its portfolio unless requested not to.

Limitation of liability

Buildt is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to the use of this website or our services.
